Pastor Ken Foreman is the Senior Pastor of the Cathedral of Faith in San Jose, CA. He communicates in user-friendly ways by using humor, contemporary examples, drama, set design, outrageous props, testimonies and anything that will cause the message to come alive! Some of the most memorable include a visit from a real-life lion, a shark diving segment, and Ken sky dive jumping out of a plane. The power of his gift to find unique and relevant ways to illustrate Scripture is coupled with his down-to-earth warmth and genuine sincerity.
Ken’s education includes graduating from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However much of his development came from being mentored spiritually by his father, Reverend Kenny Foreman who founded Cathedral of Faith in San Jose, California in 1965… a multicultural church with multiple sites and over 12,000 people attending.
Today the Cathedral of Faith continues to grow, due to Ken’s leadership. The five church purposes of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and evangelism are lived out through nearly 200 ministries, at nine Cathedral of Faith Bay Area sites.
Ken serves as a member of the Convening Council for the Post Denominational Church Symposium, headed by Peter Wagner, and on the Pastoral Advisory Board of Western Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Alisa, have two grown children, Blake and Lauren, and one grandson.
