Advent Group Ministries
Advent Group Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit, social service agency serving at-risk children and their families since 1986. Founded initially as a residential treatment program for adolescents, we have grown to include an outpatient recovery program, a comprehensive family counseling center and a foster care program for children of all ages.
Santa Clara Parents Project
The District Attorney's Office in collaboration with law enforcement agencies countywide, school districts countywide, the City of San Jose, and counseling agencies countywide present: Parent Project® Classes are facilitated by law enforcement officers, educators, psychologists, counselors and social workers accredited by the National Parent Project Program.
Real Families Coaching
Real Families Coaching provides coaching, counseling, education and support and specifically targets the unique challenges of todays' family. Its mission is to provide “real solutions for real families” including parent education for parents of teens and young adults; co-parenting solutions for divorced families; support and solutions for stepfamilies, single parents and grandparents raising grandchildren; as well as couple’s coaching to resolve relationship issues.
California Youth Outreach
California Youth Outreach is dedicated to reaching out to all gang impacted youth, families and their communities with education services, intervention programs and resource opportunities that support a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Mayor's Gang Task Force
The Mayor’s Gang Prevention Task Force is a broad coalition made up of: local residents; city, county and state government leaders; school officials; community and faith-based organizations; and local law enforcement. These services include gang intervention, parent and family support, re-entry assistance, job training, personal development and health services.
