 Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    (Aerobics Room)

Vinyasa Flow is a practice that intertwines postures and movements with the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. The flow is a continuous, synthesis of movements between the body, breath, and heart - building internal heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. The creative sequencing found in a Vinyasa is often built around sun salutations. Whether you can hold a solid Adho Mukha Vrkasana (a handstand pro!) or can barely touch your toes, Vinyasa - as a practice - helps you evolve and inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness.
