F.I.T. Group
F.I.T. stands for Functional Integration Training. A Group Program for beginners and intermediates, it’s the next level in out efforts to get you F.I.T. Expect something different every day! Utilize the whole facility in unique sequences of resistance, cardiovascular, stability, balance and flexibility training.
You will work out with innovative instruction and success strategies from certified F.I.T. coaches and benefit from the motivation and inspiration of training with fitness enthusiasts just like you!

FITour
Be A Part Of The Cathedral of FIT Movement… moving one workout at a time, learning one day at a time and finally losing the weight this time to make 2012 at The Cathedral of Faith it’s healthiest ever!
Join us in February as we kick off The FITour at the Main Campus!
This will start a 9 Week Quality Of Life Changing Journey through Saturday morning workouts from 9a.m. –10a.m. held at one of the COF sites!
All workouts will include 30 Minutes of CardioFIT and 30 Minutes of CoreFIT, two of The Family Life Centers Best Group Training Programs led by Performax Training Staff whose founder was voted, “Best Of Silicon Valley”!
After each workout, we will give you information and motivation through weekly recipes & ideas, workout routines & tips to help keep you happy & healthy through the week to KEEP THE NEW YOU NEW!

Performaxion
Take your “Commitment to GET F.I.T” by getting into the action at Performax with Performaxion! Workouts are varied each day to keep applying, developing and challenging your F.I.T. Foundation. Coaching Cues will direct you and Competitive Camaraderie will motivate you to do better today than you did yesterday, to do even better tomorrow! Don’t just change your body, change your life!
What is it?
It’s a total body workout that takes every fitness commitment: beginner, intermediate or advanced to the next level! There’s something for everyone! It’s something different everyday with unique and progressive sequence of stability, balance, flexibility, mobility, resistance, cardiovascular, agility, quickness, speed and explosive training! We’re focused on the same goal everyday… to get the most out of every drop of sweat you put out!
How it works?
Commit to One Day for $15, One Month for $125
Workouts are closed 10 minutes after they start. Missed days cannot be made up… Use it or Lose it. Get focused to train hard and have fun; always finish strong for maximum results… up to six times per week!
