Fitness Center

 

Recreational and health/fitness programs for all ages are available at the Family Life Center.
Facilities include: a high-school-size gymnasium for basketball and volleyball leagues and clinics, aerobics, and kickboxing. Our cutting edge Fitness Center has BodyMasters strength equipment, Olympic weights and dumbbells, Quinton treadmills, Tectrix climbers and recumbent bikes, Precor Transports and eliptical trainers.
