Material Handler/Packaging in San Jose, day shift, up to $13/hour forklift experience, lift up to 50 lbs, kitting, Stockroom and inventory Data Entry in San Jose, Pay $10.50/hour must be able to test 11,000 kph on 10-key, day shift Basic computer knowledge, day shift Shipping Clerk in Fremont, day shift, up to $15/hour must have forklift and shipping experience. QC inspectors: Run bar code machine and perform bar code verification operations. Perform in-process audit. Comfortable with electronic and electro-optical test and measurement systems. Minimum of 3 years of related experience. AS degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Ability to use standard PC software including MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and quality results. Laser alignment of diode-pumped solid state lasers (DPSS) Built DPSS lasers from start to finish Alignment of laser resonators Alignment of laser cavities Alignment of output couplers (OC), high reflectors (HR), end mirrors, secondary harmonic generating crystal (SHG), LBO crystals Optical subassemblies Photodetector subassembly Mirror assembly, Crystal assembly, Lens assembly Small optical assemblies Assembles: We are seeking Assemblers with at least 1-2 years of experience and understand a GMP environment. Someone out of a Medical company Machine operator: Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform productions task. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances. Process production work including lamination, die cutting and sealing. Documentation of production results. Cross-train on other card manufacturing functions. Perform quality checks involving visual inspection and use of variety of measurements tools. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required. Accounting: Responsible for responding to payroll and travel and expense related inquiries for 11,000+ employees. Responsible for ensuring calls and emails are tracked and logged appropriately via Symposium and gRemedy applications. Knowledge of payroll-related federal, state, local regulatory compliance Familiarity with PeopleSoft 9.0, Kronos, and Remedy applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team environment Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be flexible and open to change Must demonstrate accountability and ability to manage up Intermediate MS Office Word and Excel skills desired |
