Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of all production machines
• Troubleshoot and repair primary and peripheral devices
• Respond to departments in a timely manner, troubleshoot problems and repair equipment as necessary
• Responsible for start-up and shut-down of all production machinery
• Assist the company by minimizing down time of production machinery therefore helping meet quotas and goals particularly during high demand season

Mechanical & Final Inspection – Fremont, Pay depends on Experience
Experience needed includes an inspection background, blueprint reading, visual inspection, good attention to detail and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Two years inspection experience using basic precision hand tools.
• Be prepared to demonstrate the use of these tools and identify which tool should be used based on specifications
• Experience using basic trigonometry to determine unknown dimensions on a blueprint.
• Must be familiar with all areas of machining and out-process operations.
• Job Shop experience is needed as well as CMM, GD&T, SPC skills, familiarity with Ansi/Asq Z1.4.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ink Production Technician, Day and Swing Shift, Sunnyvale, Pay up to $20/hour

Responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of production equipment to manufacture silicon ink products.

Apply sound judgment in running vacuum and liquid process equipment in semi-automatic mode according to specifications, implementing production modifications as needed, while adhering to industrial electronics manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities include:
• Operate chemical processing equipment, working with gases, solvents and hazardous chemicals,
• Perform daily equipment maintenance
• Collect and enter data into MES database
• Chemical waste handling

Ability to use standard PC software including MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and quality results.  Assembles: We are seeking Assemblers with at least 1-2 years of experience and understand a GMP environment. Someone out of a Medical company

 Machine operator: Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform productions task. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

Process production work including lamination, die cutting and sealing. Documentation of production results. Cross-train on other card manufacturing functions. Perform quality checks involving visual inspection and use of variety of measurements tools. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required.

 Accounting: Responsible for responding to payroll and travel and expense related inquiries for 11,000+ employees. Responsible for ensuring calls and emails are tracked and logged appropriately via Symposium and gRemedy applications.
