Upward Basketball and Cheer

Upward Basketball is a God-designed, kid-centered basketball league for boys and girls, grades 1 - 6. It emphasizes becoming Christ-like, learning good sportsmanship and respect for authority, not championship and trophies. Every child is a winner, regardless of what takes place on the court! Our league seeks to develop character in every player by providing an equal opportunity for improvement, while stressing sportsmanship in every situation.

  8. One hour practice and game each week starting in January.


Practices:

Practices are one day a week on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Grades 1 & 2 could be at 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Grades 3 & 4 are at 7:00pm and 5 & 6 grades are at 8:00pm. Specific practice days for each team to be determined.

October 12, 2026 - End of Registration
October 17, 2026 - Evaluation Day

Season: January 5-March 6, 2027
Celebration Night: March 7, 2027
