Every believer is called not only to become the person God designed them to be, but also to serve God's purpose in the specific generation in which He has placed them.

David's greatest accomplishment was not his military victories, leadership, worship, or legacy. Scripture summarizes his life with a simple statement: he served God's purpose in his generation.

The challenge for followers of Jesus is to discern what God is doing in our time and faithfully participate in His Kingdom work through humble service and Spirit-led obedience.
